Wireless

Wireless alarm systems offer many benefits to the user. The main benefit is that no cables are needed inside or outside the space. One of the most important reasons to reuse existing wiring and components is that wired components are cheaper than wireless, and thus the final cost is lower.

Wired alarm systems only operate with wired components and space wiring is mandatory. These systems have been in use for many years now and predate the wireless and hybrid alarm systems.
