The 24-hour Immediate Intervention service offers clients a swift emergency response, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

After the activation of the subscriber’s security system, the 24-hour Signal Monitoring Center notifies our company’s patrol vehicle and informs it from which zone / area the alarm was activated. The patrol car immediately intervenes in the area to carefully check the situation and after completing the check, informs the Signal Monitoring Center.

If a real incident of burglary or personal threat is detected, the driver of our company’s patrol car immediately notifies the authorities and remains at the site until the arrival of the owner or one of his/her representatives, as well as the Police.

• Immediate Response: In case of activation of the alarm, our patrol car will immediately rush to the scene of the incident.
