The 24-hour Signal Monitoring Center receives and processes signals from security systems such as alarms, CCTV cameras and fire detection systems.
The 24-hour Signal Monitoring Center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has trained staff who, with their immediate response, carry out the necessary actions such as notifying the client, informing the authorities, and our company’s patrol vehicle to attend the site, only when the client has chosen this service too.
In more detail, the Signal Monitoring Center can receive the following signals and take the corresponding actions:
Alarm Activation Signal
When receiving this signal, we can locate from which zone / area the alarm was activated, immediately notify the client (if desired), inform the Police (100) and finally call our company’s patrol vehicle to intervene, when the client has chosen this service too.
Panic Signal / Personal Threat
When receiving this signal, we alert the Police (100) and then attempt to contact the client directly. If communication fails, we will call the client’s relatives on the emergency telephone numbers that he/she has provided.
Medical Aid Signal
Upon receiving this signal, an immediate attempt is made to contact the client. If communication fails, we will call the client’s relatives on the emergency telephone numbers that he/she has provided and afterwards call EMS (166).
Arm / Disarm Signal
Receive and keep in record the date and time the alarm system was armed and disarmed.
Signal of Disarmament Under Threat
If there is disarmament with a secret code by the client who is under threat, the Police (100) and the client’s relatives are notified on the emergency telephone numbers.
Fire Signal
After receiving a fire signal from the fire detection system, the client or his/her relatives are notified on the emergency telephone numbers and then the Fire Department (199). In case the client has manually activated the fire signal, an immediate attempt is made to contact him/her and in case of failure, his/her relatives are notified on the emergency telephone numbers and then the Fire Department (199).
Power Outage Signal
If a power outage is detected on the premises by the security system, the client is notified.
Alarm System Breach Signal
If a violation of any part of the security system is detected, the client is immediately notified (if he/she wishes). Our trained staff will also call the Police (100), as well as our company’s patrol vehicle, if the client has chosen this service too.
Low Battery Signal
Ability to detect which zone / part of the space the signal is coming from and notify the client so he/she can inform his/her technician (if other than Seal Security).
24-hour Communication Test Signal
Depending on how the client’s security system communicates, we receive a scheduled test once every 24 hours to check its proper communication with our Signal Monitoring Center.
Alarm System Zone Bypass Signal (ByPass)
Able to record the arming of the client’s alarm system by bypassing some zones / areas / components and indicate the specific zone.
Direct Loss of Contact Signal (Polling)
For a small fee, any alarm system that communicates via IP with our Signal Monitoring Center can send a loss of communication signal after only 3-5 minutes.

24-hour Telephone Support
All our clients have 24-hour telephone support by our trained staff at our Signal Monitoring Center and can be informed about any action related to the signals sent by their security system.
All signals received in the duration of one month by our Signal Monitoring Center can be send to the client’s email directly.
For a small fee, the client can receive on an email a PDF file with all the signals we received from his/her security system in the duration of one month.
